Before submitting this PR, please make sure:

Motivation

fix some import path for inference

There are other folders under deploy path, but none of them are Python packages.
So mx_ Infer should be used as the root directory for inference packages.

Test Plan

(How should this PR be tested? Do you require special setup to run the test or repro the fixed bug?)
