This kinda bombed, but i'm leaving this here in case we work on this in the future. Main issues: * How to specify a callback base url with variable parameters? e.g. - google_cd - app token - url path pointing at event id * How to know what placeholders to use for a given callback type? - The adjust UI seems to hardcode this knowledge in its js files

Main issues:
