On OSX natural/inverted scrolling changes swipe up/down to dismiss tab

On Osx having the scroll direction set as natural or not affects the swipe to dismiss/display tabs.

Shouldn't be too complicated to fix.

To fix this, this code should use the scroll-touch-begin event instead of the mousewheel event. (This also applies to other gestures, like swiping to go back/forward, swiping to enter expanded mode, etc.)
