'Reader View' zoom in / out via ctrl + mouse wheel or ctrl++ / ctrl+- not working

nothing happens

## To Reproduce
1. change to 'reader view'
2. zoom in / out by 
 a) ctrl + mouse wheel 
 or
 b) ctrl++ / ctrl+-
