### Changes

  • Updated PHP to 7.3
  • Migrated CI/CD to Jenkins
  • Updated ruby to 2.3.x due to outdated version in yum
  • Updated git to 2.24.1
  • Tidy up Dockerfile from braking changes in new docker versions
