Select Component Tweaks

Resolves #12

Changes:

• Hovering an option will now display an outline, bottom border, and glow effect in the accent color.
• The Select has uppercased, semi-bold letters.
• Adjustments to the chevron to keep it centered.
• The Select is now semi-transparent, with the outline being more transparent.
• Adjustments to the main Select control to only have hover effects when it itself is hovered.
• New checkmark next to the selected element in the dropdown.

New addition of a visibleOptions prop which will limit the Select to showing that many options.
