Adds basic functions to use TCA9534 Low Voltage 8-Bit I2C and SMBUS Low-Power I/O Expander.
To use in CircuitPython, download the .mpy file and copy it to the lib folder on the CIRCUITPY drive. Or, simply install the Community_CircuitPython_TCA9534.
