I am using Docker on Mac OS Mojave 10.14.13 and "Appendix C - Python & Jupyter Notebook Tips" section "Bash Cell Magic" can't compile and generate the following error:

bash: line 9: man: command not found

Remove examples that demonstrate use of `envoy` and `%bash` "magic" for interacting with what would have been the VM hosting the notebooks. This worked with the 2nd Edition that used a Vagrant-based setup, but doesn't really appropriate with the 3rd Edition and the new Docker-based setup.
