Many other contexts contain the following commands:
uses <tag>
Adds a relationship from the current item to the item named in the tag. All indented lines that follow are applied to the Relationship Context.
user <tag>
Adds a relationship from the named item to the current item. Due to the nature of the way this works, the referenced item must have been declared before this line is reached. All indented lines that follow are applied to the Relationship Context
desc <description>
Updates the description of the current item.
