Currently, your workflows use some outdated actions which do not reflect recent changes made by github. This triggers a lot of deprecation warnings
This PR updates all actions used in workflows to their latest versions. Additionally, it installs Dependabot which will monitor the actions used and create pull requests for outdated workflows.
