vimshell cursor position is wrong

when using vimshell, type ls, the cursor position is incorrect. I have to manually move the cursor to the right positions.

using g:vimshell_enable_debug and checking out the message, the VimShell plugin set_cursor seems to work fine.

this a8e5d87 accidentally fix this issue. But I still don't understand what the hell ha happened.

The reason I didn't close the issue is that I don't know why that it's working right now.
