A utility that converts AGWM receipt files (in CSV format) to TntConnect's DataSync file format.
As of version 4.x, TntConnect no longer supports importing gifts from a file. So this conversion utility is only useful for older versions, such as 3.5.x. I do not plan to add future updates to this utility.
