SImplest possible app

Write a wsgi app that recieves URL example.com/annotation and will POST that to
a /tmp/ file where hash is md5 hash of the contents

GET will retireve the same text

We shall have a webtest of its behaviour and a running example under gunicorn
We shall use flask to develop the app for now.

no replace flask with webob and paste as needed.

Its easy to get started but the important thing is not tos use frameworks but to do this (mostly) through raw wsgi to get a feel for how servers can get put together.
