Summary

  • remove apk packaging and consolidate TGZ/DEB/RPM targets across scripts, Makefile, and workflow
  • provision fpm toolchain in the devcontainer so packaging jobs succeed locally
  • document the supported artifacts and new release tag filters

Testing

  • make lint
