it made sense in the plan to use execvpe, but it's not portable so no need for all these gymnastics.
and also get rid of the now unnecessary env indirection in gxc

It's finally here: gxi is now a (small) C binary that invokes gsi with the suitable arguments.
This should allow us to resolve the madness with shebangs that is still prevalent in the various UNIX flavors circa 2020.
Also kills
gxi-build-scriptand replaces it with a new:std/gambit-sharpmodule that can be imported by build scripts that need to load_gambit#in their interpreter.
