Interesting... I did not add support for this at all? Not at a computer ATM. Will take a look later this evening. Looks good though |

The TOML code was in place to parse the values in the markdown, but nothing was ever done with it. My pull request adds to the xml2rfc code to emit the updates and obsoletes parameters to the rfc XML tag. |
