Playwright selectValueInNgSelector clicks the select's centre, which an unfloated label can cover #8113

Run microting/work-items-planning-container 37216811181 (v10.0.285): items-planning-playwright-test (b) and (c) time out on #createPlanningSelector because <mat-label>Valgt eForm</mat-label> intercepts the centre click. #8109's page gutter narrowed the planning-create grid so the empty select's centre now falls on its 81px label (Material sets pointer-events: all on the floating label). Real clicks still open the select; only Playwright's hit-test fails. Click the select's .ng-arrow-wrapper instead, which is always rendered and opens it exactly once.
