This package didn't add any files to the file system:

Downloading and trying manually, it seems like the /S silent installer switch simply does nothing. Otherwise, the installer window pops up:

The Terms of Use agreement in the lower left corner is notable. I wonder if this package requires an EULA, and instead of adding an installer switch to agree, I wonder if the developer instead removed the silent install capability, to funnel all users through the GUI and its checkbox.
