@jedieaston, that's what I'm hoping for :) I'm planning on adding plenty of best practices and examples. I'll keep working on these. |

Adding a starting CONTRIBUTING.md, an AUTHORING_MANIFESTS.md and modifying the Package Request Template.
More work to come, but I wanted to get this in so some of the other documentation can be refactored.
