Google.CloudSDK: endless upgrade loop with --include-unknown #452709

winget list shows Google.CloudSDK with version Unknown by default. With --include-unknown, winget upgrade --all offers 589.0.0 every time. The install reports "Successfully installed", but the version stays Unknown, so the next run offers the same upgrade again.

The manifest points to GoogleCloudSDKInstaller.exe (260 KB). It is a bootstrapper. The SDK updates itself through gcloud components update, and the installer does not write a DisplayVersion that matches the manifest.

Suggested fix: add AppsAndFeaturesEntries with a matching DisplayVersion to the manifest, or mark the package so winget does not upgrade it.
