This version (v10.4.0.0) will be released in four ways:

- Microsoft Store ("Windows File Manager"); https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9p7vbbbc49rb?ocid=badge
- Chocolatey:
choco install winfile winget install "Windows File Manager"(which simply installs the Store version)
