Wex logger is wriring into the native output of testhost, which makes this output not captured by mstest. Grab the output and forward it when VSTEST_EXPERIMENTAL_FORWARD_OUTPUT_FEATURE is 1.
This is not very useful for parallel tests, and we cannot really tell which test produced the messages. But an experimental new console orchestrator is running tests one by one and this is useful to them.
