Description
Builds testhost and testhost.x86 against net451, net452, net46, net461, net462, net47, net471, net472, net48 and copies them into all the packages and vsix that we ship. Forces the DefaultProvider to use version of testhost based on the determined version of .NET Framework of the source dll.
