This PR adds a keyboard shortcut (Cmd+W on Mac/Linux, Ctrl+F4 on Windows) to restore a maximized auxiliary bar, addressing issue #293051. When the chat panel is maximized in the secondary side bar, pressing Cmd+W will now restore it to normal size instead of closing the window, providing a better user experience.
