Pull request overview
Updates the in-product Copilot Chat tip strings in ChatTipService to better describe agent capabilities and refine the wording shown to users.
Changes:
- Adjusted several tip messages for clarity and expanded descriptions (queueing/steering, Mermaid, GitHub repo, subagents, context usage).
- Tweaked the “YOLO mode” tip wording around the auto-approve setting.

The tip text uses the term "auto approval", but the feature/setting is referred to elsewhere as "(global) auto approve" (e.g. ChatConfiguration.GlobalAutoApprove description in chat.contribution.ts and related UI strings). For consistency and easier recognition/search, consider using the same wording here (e.g. "auto approve" / "Global Auto Approve").
