Preserve case option in Search/Replace does not respect inputOption.activeBorder

In both v1.38 and the Insider's Build the inputOption.activeBorder setting is not applied to the Preserve Case option button in the Replace field of a Search (across files).

The border is applied to the Preserve Case button in the Find Widget though.

Neither is inputOption.activeBackground, see related #80389
