Statusbar 1px too high for remote picker

The status has a line above the remote picker

@aeschli this appears to be a bug with the status bar border when setting a transparent color. This also repros on stable and only noticeable when you have the remote indicator visible.

Here I've set statusBar.border to red:

And here I added 00 to make it 0% transparency:
