Clock_Watchdog_Timeout Problem

When I tried to open VSCode, my computer suddenly froze and only the mouse could move. The taskbar and VSCode did not respond, and after a while, it reported a blue screen error Clock_Tatchdog_Timeout.
This problem has occurred multiple times. I am running the Windows 11 operating system on WinToGo. Initially, I thought it was due to the hard drive accidentally going offline, but in reality, the error reported by the hard drive accidentally going offline was not this one (yes, I have tried it)
