Setup

• Install the latest pre-release of GitHub Pull Requests and Copilot Chat
• Sign in to both
• Open a folder which contains a clone of a GitHub repo where you don't mind making PRs

Testing

• From the Chat view, ask #copilotCodingAgent to make a PR for you
• Verify once the PR has been created, you get a nicely formatted "card" which contains the PR title, link, author, and a snippet of the PR description. Verify that the link opens in VS Code.
