vscode.dev workbench doesn't allow not saving a file with simple file dialog

repro:

0. you should have simple-dialog enabled
1. open insiders.vscode.dev (link)
2. open a jupyter notebook (I was using tree-sitter notebook from jrieken.vscode-tree-sitter-query)
3. make the notebook dirty by making a change to a cell
4. try changing your current profile -- the dirty notebook pops up with simple dialog which if you escape from just ends up closing the dialog for "save"/"not save" action
