Inline diff not indenting wrapped lines correctly

1. Head to https://insiders.vscode.dev/github.com/microsoft/debug-adapter-protocol/pull/492
2. Turn word wrapping on
3. Open the .json file in a narrow diff editor where it's displayed as inline
4. Notice that the wrapped "removed" lines are not indented correctly
