Testing: show clock badge on Activity Bar icon when tests are running

A particular use-case is when continuous testing has been turned on. It would be useful to tell at a glance when the tests that the tests triggered by, say, a Git pull have started and more importantly when they have completed.

I need some clarity. Is an external extension necessary for this issue? I understand that we need the VS Code Selfhost Test Provider, right? I tried to intstal it but seems'ms-vscode.vscode-selfhost-test-provider' as it is not compatible with VS Code '1.84.0'. Also, should I use the withProgress method to display the watch badge in the Test Activity bar? Regarding the function options, specifically the ProgressLocation as an enum, what actions should I take?"
