Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
- VS Code Version: 1.83.0-insider (user setup) 11bfd76
- OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22631
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start VS Code
- Note that the Accounts menu is badged and asking for settings sync sign-in
- Ignore it and wait a few seconds...
- Note that the Accounts menu is now un-badged and settings sync is showing as signed-in
Note: I am signed into Settings Sync using my Microsoft account.
