Unable to hide notification indicator on sidebar

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: 1.72
• OS Version: 10

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open VS Code

When I open VS Code, it recently started to show a blue indicator on the sidebar.

From what I can tell, it seems to want to draw my attention to the fact that some extensions want to be reloaded.

I don't care about those extensions or their desire to be reloaded, but I wasn't able to find a way to disable the indicator on the sidebar. Would appreciate some help :)

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.72.1. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.
