- make global storage aware of profiles per window
- introduce a service or method to access global storage of another profile (async) used by settings sync
- enrich storage service to access default profile (sync) via changing
StorageScope.GlobaltoStorageScope.Profileand changingStorageScope.Globalto access default profile
