Support common prompts with shell integration

Need to look into supporting these prompts across platforms/shells:

• Oh my zsh
• Oh my posh
• Starship
• powerlevel10k

oh-my-posh on Windows seems to work fine:

i tried shell integration using zsh (Win 10 21h2, WSL 2, Ubuntu 20.04) and oh-my-zsh using the agnoster theme and git plugin.

in principle, it worked. but it messed with the background color of this scheme. in the screenshot, the upper terminal window was opened bevor activating the integration. the lower terminal with integration. it shows the yellow baackground color of the prompt i still active while typing, which makes this terminal pretty hard to read:

It doesn't work with the powerlevel10k zsh theme (source here)

oh-my-pwsh/mac skipped commands aren't getting decorations:

This happens because it's a command start (A) followed by another command start (A) which to date has meant that the current prompt is just being redrawn. Changing this behavior will probably have bad side effects for other shells so leaving as is.

Having trouble installing powerlevel10k on my mac, oh-my-zsh works fine though. Calling this issue done and we can handle any shell-specific problems in other issues.
