node launch on vs code debug not working on1.60.1. Its working on 1.59

• OS Version:win10
• node -v 14.10.16
• npm -v 7.22.0

and i couldn't find disable updates . i install every day 1.59 for run porject :(

i worked as administrator its worked now
but i didnt understand why its work on 1.59 and didnt worked 1.60

probably couldn't find 'C:\Program Files\nodejs\npm.cmd' that file without admin rights but why its work flawless 1.59?

edit: my bad its still dont work admin or not

"C:\Program Files\nodejs\npm.cmd" this is absolute path npm.cmd in my pc
i tried also false path it didnt even started

i tried "C:\Program Files\nodejs\node.exe" this path give same error
i tried npm.cmd to copy desktop and give absolute path the copy give same error
i tried npm.cmd to copy into the project and give absolute path give same error
