Allow to enter split editor view via drag and drop

Hey! Saw the tweet about splitting a file into split view without creating a new editor group, looks really cool. But, I think it could be improved. Something like if you would create another editor group by dragging a file from the top onto the other side, an option to check if that is the same file, and if it is, automatically open split view. Togglable.

Just to be clear with what I'm suggesting, in that video, when you drag that file to the right hand side, it makes a new group. If it is the same file, it should open it in split and not create a new group for it. Just thought I'd clear up.

it'd be better to hold Ctrl and drag to split in group.
