[ISSUE][mac] paste use Command+V did not work on search text box

Sometimes paste text use Command+V did not work on search text box (Command+F) nor global search in file, I have no idea how to reproduce it but this issue occurs many times every time I use VSCode since last update.
When this issues occurs, I have to close and re-open my VSCode to get the paste function back.

The log seems the same no matter it works or not.
The logs above the divider were generated by pressing Ctrl + V in the text editor, paste action worked.

These lines are Keyboard Shortcut Troubleshooting result when I got this paste issue using Command+V on search and replace box in left (side menu) and other search box too. I couldn't even paste text to Command Box.
Paste function (Command+V) only works in main window

Both on left search (press Ctrl + Shift + F) and right-top search (press Ctrl + F)

@klern does it work when you type in the search box and then cmd+v? Does it work when you paste in the replace box?

The issue happened randomly, it works well today, so I can't test it now. I can record the screen when it happens next time.

I'm also experiencing the issue now. It happens randomly. The first keybinding Ctrl+V works but the second time it doesn't. I have to use Shift+Ctrl+V for it to work.

I'm experiencing this when pasting on the input of my custom vscode extension. The code used to make the input box is as following.

I'm also experiencing this issue on macos 11.1 Big Sur. I run a custom keyboard layout, so I though it was the cause at first, but switching to a normal qwerty keyboard layout does not help.

As far as I can tell these two logs look identical which leads me to believe the problem isn't with the shortcuts, but actually somewhere in the receiving end.
