Reactivating terminal doesn't end

Testing #22079

I couldn't get this to work. What I did:

1. Clone https://github.com/TheAlgorithms/Python
2. Checked there's no .venv/.conda
3. Tried running a file via play button, it ran:
   
4. I see this in the bottom left and it doesn't go away:
   
   It means "reactivating terminal".

I tried commenting out my settings.json file entirely and reloading the window, I still see the message:

This is on a very new macbook and I think this is the first time I've used Python on it.
