Cannot detect venvs in %USERPROFILE%.virtualenvs anymore

I was going to look at this one, but I don't think it repros anymore. We need repro steps if the issue persists for user.

This may have been fixed upstream by some PET changes so I am not surprised. Thanks for closing!
