Python architecture information missing for conda envs

In Conda environments, Python architecture information is missing:

For Global Python installations this information is available, not for Conda.
Python Environment Manager from Don Jayamanne give this information and I miss it in this extension:

@DonJayamanne how did you get this information? Is this something we can add to PET or the python environments extension?

For conda I recall finding a way to get this without execution
However if say you are using a non-conda env, now trying to get the bitness is a bit more complicated (almost always requiring execution of Python), now thats going to be very slow if we do this for every python exe (i.e. spawning python to get details, PET avoids that at all costs)

In my extension I used the same code from Python extension (after all it was a copy of Python extension)
I used interpreterInfo.py, see

You can get this bitness from PET today by calling resolve
