Fails to open PR's description in some repos on GitHub Enterprise (reviewers name parsing?) #6736

I can view pull requests, and add comments, but cannot view the Description of the PR in some github entreprise repos.
The web view, which works correctly for Release Notes and other things, remains blank and VSCode displays the error "Error updating pull request description: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toLowerCase')".
The pull requests are from other uses and have 3 reviewers including myself, plus a reviewer that's an administrator group (named something like "reponame-admin").
The description of pull requests from other repos without these reviewers work fine.
This looks like a similar to issues 3829 and 4817
