Make sure to use the new pre-release version of GitHub Pull Requests and Issues to test.

There is a new command "Checkout Pull Request by Number". Using this command, you can enter a pull request number to check out that pull request. You can find the command in the command palette and in the Pull Requests view.

Verify that the command works the way you'd expect.
