[BUG] German Umlauts not recognized as part of component names #1096

Describe the Issue
Opening on behalf of @MarkusRodler from another issue.
If I name a component Measure.razor and use it in another component it will recognize it. But if I rename it to Maß.razor it does not find that component anymore.
