This PR updates the configuration metadata so that the askQuestions feature is no longer marked as experimental, while still being controlled by the onExp tag.
Changes:
- Remove the
"experimental"tag from thegithub.copilot.chat.askQuestions.enabledsetting, leaving only"onExp"in its tags array.
