Repro Steps:

1. Create a Python V2 Programming Model project with Azure Blob Storage trigger template.
2. Debug this project.
3. Check whether succeeds to debug the project or not.

Expect:
Succeed to debug the project.

Actual:
Fail to debug the project.

1. This issue also reproduces for "Azure Event Hub trigger/Azure Cosmos DB trigger/Azure Queue Storage trigger/Azure Service Bus Queue trigger/Azure Service Bus Topic trigger" templates.
2. This issue does not reproduce on the current released Function extension v1.11.0.
