Regression: Previous Release

Repro Steps:

1. Expand a function app -> Right click the function app -> Click "Configure Deployment Source..." -> Click "LocalGit".
2. Check whether the "Git" label appears automatically next to "Deployments" node.

Expect:
The "Git" label appears automatically next to "Deployments" node.

Actual:
The "Git" label doesn't appear automatically next to "Deployments" node.

More Info:

1. This issue also reproduces when selecting "None/GitHub".
2. This issue also reproduces after executing "Configure Deployment Source..." from command palette.
3. This issue will be fixed after refreshing.
