Repro Steps:

1. Create one Python (Programming Model V2) project.
2. Check whether the function_app.py file is opened automatically or not.

Actual:
The function_app.py file isn't opened automatically.

Suggestion:
It would be better to open the function_app.py file automatically after creating the Python (Programming Model V2) project.

More Info:
This issue does not reproduce for other projects (C#/JavaScript/Python...).
