Move to beginning of next paragraph

It would be great to be able to move from one paragraph to the next using option + down/up arrow and also select by using shift + option + down/up arrow as in Atom. In Atom's keyman.cson we would have this

    'alt-down': 'editor:move-to-beginning-of-next-paragraph'
    'alt-up': 'editor:move-to-beginning-of-previous-paragraph'
    'shift-alt-down': 'editor:select-to-beginning-of-next-paragraph'
    'shift-alt-up': 'editor:select-to-beginning-of-previous-paragraph'
